Partnering with Families Who Have Children with Special Needs – A Family Voices Learning Session

Tuesday February 25, 2025 3:00pm - 4:30pm CST

Learn about programs and services for children with disabilities from two parents who have lived experiences, and how best to partner with families and communicate your concerns. We will explore the Birth to 3 Program, Children’s Long-Term Support Programs and important Medicaid benefits. Attendees will be encouraged to share their experiences caring for young child with developmental delays and challenges communicating with their parents.

Lynn has been with Family Voices of Wisconsin since 2009. She is the parent of two children. Her son has cerebral palsy and epilepsy. Lynn writes our fact sheets and newsletters, coordinates Advocacy for Change and manages the Circles of Life Conference Planning Committee.
