The Head Start Annual Planning Calendar is a helpful tool for directors and managers to use to understand the Head Start planning process and related requirements in the Head Start Performance Standards. In planning your calendar, programs can also think about the ongoing monitoring system and how that can impact when planning the time schedule. Participants will be introduced to the calendar and the program activity list that includes the leadership and administrative functions, requirements of the grant development and oversight process.
