Behaviors that challenge adults can be a difficult part of working in an early learning environment...but they don't have to be. Our job as early childhood professionals includes tapping into constructive ways to support children as they learn to process their big emotions and deal with the challenges of peer relationships in a group environment. This workshop session will focus on preventative and responsive strategies participants can use when responding to behaviors that challenge us as adults.
