How can coaches and coaching effectively support coaches who are working with children who are dual language learners (DLLs)? What if a coachee does not speak the home language? What system-level supports need to be in place? What strategies are most effective? Join us as we explore systems-level supports, such as the Dual Language Learners Program Assessment and Classroom Language Model, that can be used to support coaches of education staff working with children who are DLLs. Leave with practical strategies that coaches can offer education staff to support the bilingual and early biliteracy development of children who are DLLs.
