During this session, attendees will be guided through an impactful visioning exercise designed to help overcome mental roadblocks, ease anxiety and align their vision with their personal and professional aspirations. The information in this session will support the professional development and well-being of staff in Head Start and Family Services.

Learning Outcomes:
•   To inform how visioning aligns with personal success and professional success in Head Start & Family Services
•   Enhance recognition of and response to stress and strengthen resilience
•   Discover the many layers of mindset shift, stress reduction and coping.

The content will provide both description of visioning and stress reduction details. Participants will receive sample paperwork and hands on opportunities during the presentation.
