She holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education Leadership and has recently earned Endorsement from the Wisconsin Alliance for Infant Mental Health for Culturally Sensitive, Relationship-focused Practice Promoting Infant Mental Health as an Infant Family Associate. Nicole is a driving force for nurturing emotional well-being. As an equity and mental wellness advocate, Nicole is committed to shaping enriched early childhood experiences and educational practices for all.
